Refund & Return Policy

Returns & Exchanges

At Elementhic, we stand by the quality of our essentials. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Return Window You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • In the original packaging with all Elementhic tags still attached.

  • Free from any scents, stains, or signs of wear.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Shipping Costs Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Standard International Shipping: 7-14 business days.

  • Priority Shipping: 3-7 business days.

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes Elementhic is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
